Hi,

I noticed you having some problems. You almost had it right.
The first thing you need to do is to send an unarchive command, but you
put it in the subject when it needs to go in the body. If you don't
unarchive the bug first, none of the later commands will work right.

Put the following at the start of the body of a message to address@hidden:

unarchive 6594
reopen 6594
found 6594 23.3
stop

(The first line is the only really necessary one.) Then you can send
further explanation to address@hidden in the normal way.
