I have recently learned that I do not get emails on debbug threads unless I am CC'ed to, even if I am the debbugs author i.e. I created that bug report.
Example: I never received the email sent by Jonas in this thread[1]. If I created bug#27647, shouldn't I receive an email if anyone emailed

I just recently came of know that that email was sent back in July 21!
I have seen that to happen in bug#28688[2] where also I am the bug author. I just happened to see the reply on
debbugs.gnu.org; the reply never reached my inbox.
I have created dozens of bug reports; I do not how many replies I might have missed out on those.
Is this is bug? Why is it that I get most of the replies, and not all?
