gawkbug script

I am porting the gawkbug.in script to a Windows .bat file to use with gawk
ver 5.2.0 (mingw). Porting the environment variables is iffy. Two questions:
1) shouldn't gawkbug have the full gawk -V info, e.g, "GNU Awk 5.2.0, API
3.2, (GNU MPFR 4.0.2, GNU MP 6.1.2)"?
2) Does anyone have any suggestions about how the gawkbug email is supposed
to look? All I have so far is:
From: {your email address}
To: bug-gawk@gnu.org
Subject: '[50 character or so descriptive subject here {for reference}]'
