[Help-glpk] a few suggestions for enhancements

Hi,

I've been using glpk and so far have been quite happy with the ease of use 
and speed.  A few things that would be nice in future distributions are

(1) warm restarts for the simplex solver
(2) a crossover routine to move from optimal interior solutions to (nearly) 
optimal simplex vertices
(3) sparse-matrix support
