  Hi guys,

Can we install glpk locally as a non-root user so that we can use theglpk(-jni) libraries programatically? Basically we are develping a amiddleware where we use glpk-jni interface and we want to deploy wholesoftware as non-root user.

Please could you guys through some highlight on this?
