This sample doesn't have a valid syntax, as I can see.
You can read the glpsol messages on gusek panel to check this - it's not
a Gusek that say that, it's "glpsol" speaking... =) See the pages
pointed by Andrew.
Try the samples attached. One built from sample transp.mod (using Gusek:
Tools - > Build GLPK LP/MIP), that is your sample, but working; Other
from glpk.pdf p. 90.
