please, change the hard coded parameters in glpios03.c of
GLPK 4.44.

e.g.
      {  if (T->curr->changed < 5)

         {  if (T->curr->level == 0 && T->curr->changed < 50 ||
                T->curr->level >  0 && T->curr->changed < 5)
