I have added my really out of date GLPK FAQ to the wiki with some
formatting in the hope that it can be updated by the community.

The wiki format is a really good way of keeping this sort of
documentation up to date, so I have posted it for everyone to contribute
if they want.

Additional examples and discussion of techniques would also be great for
the wiki. I have an competitive electricity market dispatch example that
really needs more explanation than just code comments so may be a good
addition.

Regards,

Harley
