You're on Linux I see.  And GDB.  Good.  Can you invoke
your command through 'valgrind'?  Something like:

  $ valgrind [options] myprog options
  $ valgrind [options] glpsol options

If you need a hand with the 'options', post back to
this list.

And are you able to build GLPK with debugging info?
But wait until Andrew replies before heading down that
track.

Also a bit more background would be good: the GLPK
version and so forth.  Finally this thread would be
better on the GLPK bug list rather than the help list.
