The message "Killed/" is not created by GLPK.

Have a look at the following article:

Rerun your problem with overcommit_memory = 2

sudo bash -c 'echo 2 > /proc/sys/vm/overcommit_memory'
glpsol --model controlCoverageWithConnectivity2.mod --data \
  dataInput.dat

Then GLPK should show if it has a memory problem.
