I have attached the 4.37 and 4.27 version of the stdcall dll.

You can download the source with subversion by executing

svn co https://www.xypron.de/svn/glpk/branches/glpk-4.37-stdcall/
svn co https://www.xypron.de/svn/glpk/branches/glpk-4.27-stdcall/

Please, observe the following:
- The DLL itself together with the code source complies with the GNU
Public License.
- A product containing VBA and this library does not comply to the GNU
Public License.
- If an error occurs in the library the complete VBA application will
terminate.
- Version 4.37 is quite old. A lot of errors have been corrected since
that release.
