Hello everybody,
I am struggling with Gnus. I cobbled up a small .gnus file by
looking at the manual pages. Then I subscribed to comp.emacs,
comp.emacs.xemacs and comp.text.tex:
(I use Xemacs at home GnuEmacs at work.) But no matter what I do every
time I reopen the group buffer does not show all three. Also, at home
inevitably Xemacs crashes. The only way to close it is to open a
terminal, check the pid of Xemacs using ps | more and then issue a kill
command. Is there a place on the web where there is a tutorial. I
couldn't get to Robin Socha's tutorial page: maybe he has closed it down.
Any help would be much appreciated.
TIA.
Kalyan
PS: I am running Linux (RH-6.2) at work, SuSE 6.4 at home;
Emacs 20.5 and Xemacs 21.1.8 at home.
