Thank you for the response. In fact I have been using xemacs for years, but I
recently wished to convert to regular emacs because xemacs cannot do some stuff
that I need (for example, zoom-in and out of a document with the mouse scroll
wheel). As you can see, these related features (being able to move around in a
large document) are important for my work.
