Is there a way for me to register a TLD on GNUNet so that i can then use
something like domain.my-cool-tld?
By reading <https://www.gnunet.org/en/applications.html>, you would know
that GNUnet's DNS equivalent is named GNS:
‘The GNU Name System
The GNU Name System (GNS) is a fully decentralized replacement for the
Domain Name System (DNS). Instead of using a hierarchy, GNS uses a
directed graph. Naming conventions are similar to DNS, but queries and
replies are private even with respect to peers providing the answers.
The integrity of records and privacy of look-ups are cryptographically
secured.’
With a little searching, you could then find the following part of the
manual: <https://docs.gnunet.org/users/gns.html>.
‘The GNU Name System
The GNU Name System (GNS) is secure and decentralized naming system. It
allows its users to register names as top-level domains (TLDs) and
resolve other namespaces within their TLDs. [... more information ...]’
I recommend consulting the manual.

Maxime.
