Dear Hans,
go to
http://www.gnu.org/sofware/gsl
There you will find instructions on how to download and install
the Gnu Scientific Library on your pc. You then have access to every
gsl-routine including those you mentioned in your request.
There is also documentation available both in html format as well as
downloadable as pdf.
