What ~/.guix-profile/bin/bash points to? See:

    readlink -f ~/.guix-profile/bin/bash

If it's ‘bash-minimal’, then try the ‘bash’ package insted, e.g.:

    guix package --remove bash-minimal
    guix package --install bash
