Good news! I ran guix pull, guix refresh, guix pull, removed
libreoffice and did a system reconfigure, installed libreoffice and
made sure the PATH was correct so ran
'GUIX_PROFILE="$HOME/.config/guix/current" .
"$GUIX_PROFILE/etc/profile' and libreoffice opens and works!
