Sorry false alarm,
The 20230606T000000Z repos work just fine. Out of pure curiosity, you said
in the guide:

So does this mean that if I installed from 20230606T000000Z, I can't switch to
these rolling repos? (Is that similar
to the named stable and unstable in the mainline debian?).
