Hi Peter,

        Well, this is the first message that's actually been posted to 
this list, so if you're not seeing any messages that's why,

Yes, this is probably the biggest outstanding bug we have.  I honestly 
haven't been able to track it down after a lot of debugging.  I think 
though that one keyboard setting does work if I recall correctly with 
konsole...but we will keep working on it.

Thanks, I hope we can get this fixed at some point in the future for you 
and all our KDE users...
