I've fetched latest version of GNU Smalltalk and encountered a problem with it; it does not work without --disable-generational-gc option. So, on Mac OS X, this does not work yet, right?
Missing information: 1) "latest version" = "latest release" or "latest git"? 2) 32- or 64-bit (I assume 64-bit from Snow Leopard reference)?
In case it's "latest git 64-bit" you need to install libsigsegv separately. Using the bundled libffi and libsigsegv are deprecated and they will go away now that Fedora is shipping Windows cross-compiled libffi and libsigsegv.
