Hi,

Again thanks for the help. I am writing my thesis proposal; it is about
data assimilation in climate models using kalman filter and there is a lot
equations. I thought I will follow the GNU documentation format. Writing
equation isn't a problem but numbering and hyper-referencing the equation
seems to be a problem.
