Hi folks,We use CVS in a fully watched mode. What I mean by this is that we have watches turned on for every file and use cvs edit and cvs unedit.
This means that we can easily see who is editing files by using the cvs editors command.
One thing that would make this command really useful would be if we could run the command without having to do a checkout first. Then we could for instance create a web page which would show who is editing which files.
Is there any plan to create a command like cvs reditors (and cvs rwatchers) which could be run directly on the repository ? If not I can write a perl script to do it but I think it would be a very useful command.
Cheers Colm A
