Change the directory the file is in so that it's owned by the projecta
group. If your system is a BSD deriviative, that's all you need to do
-- new files get their group from the directory, not the user. If your
system is a SysV derivative, you can probably get that behavior by
setting the set-group-id bit on the directory (chmod g+s).
