Moving Local Directory

I've checked out a module to a local directory, but now want the local
directory in a different location.  It takes several hours to have to
recheck the files out to a different directory with my connection, so I
would like to just copy the checked out directory to the new one.

I did that, but got the following error when I tried to update a directory
that I had removed from the repository:

cvs update: Updating .
cvs update: 5-deg Workstation.jpg is no longer in the repository
cvs [update aborted]: can't chdir(c:\intnetpub.sav): No such file or
directory

i am using wincvs 1.3.8.1 beta

(btw, c:\intnetpub.sav was the original directory that the module was
checked out to)

so i'm assuming that there is so directory information stored somewhere that
didn't get changed when I copied the files to the new directory, and now
needs to be changed.  any idea?
