Re: ssh authentication; readers/writers/passwd

ssh doesn't have a mechanism to use the CVSHOME/* files
for authentication.  If you are going to be using 
ssh then you should be using unix group permissions.

That's not to say you can't write scripts around commit
that could check for correct permission to permit..
