Bitkeeper's "Free Use" BKL license <http://www.bitkeeper.com/bkl.txt>
section 3(c) prohibits development of competing SCM software, but AFAIK
the commercial license <http://www.bitmover.com/cgi-bin/license.cgi> has
no such restrictions.
