If you are using the cvs.exe "command line client" that comes with Tortoise,
it's actually CVSNT (use cvs -v to check). You change file types differently
with CVSNT (because file types are versioned). Refer to the CVSNT manual or
CVSNT newsgroup for more info.

Some functionality will be disabled if you do this. Use the cvswrappers
administrative file.
