i think this is a criticla point of avoiding redundancy, and
more importantly to establish an fair and helpful style of
working-together.
i totally (in any point) agree with oleg in this question.
it was also a good hint - for marking the languages the article is
written in - into the file-name. not today - but i will soon change
this in my own submissions .

it's an awfull discussion and its over.
the people at GNUpedia(which is GNE now) didn't want to cooperate in
the total of the possibilitis (for what reasons - i don't care any
longer). however the articles are free and may
be mirrored, linked-to, used or whatsoever - since gnupedia has a more
professional and serious aim they will only ->
