GNU MARST 2.1 -- Release information

GNU MARST is an Algol-to-C translator. It automatically translates
programs written in the algorithmic language Algol 60 into the ANSI C
programming language.

Two changes were made in the previous version of the package:

* minor bug was fixed (because of it the macvt converter incorrectly
  processed --ignore-case command line option).

* GNU MARST User's Guide was included into the distribution file in
  texinfo, info, ps, pdf, and html formats.
