Version 5.4.0 of GNU MCSim, a free simulation and statistical inference 
package (see http://www.gnu.org/software/mcsim/) is available on 
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/mcsim.

GNU MCSim v5.4.0 is under GPLv3, has improved installation scripts, 
provides better SBML importing capabilities and offers tempered Markov 
chain Monte Carlo simulations.
