Dap 3.8 released

Hello all,

Dap  has a new release(3.8) which has been worked on 
for compile error fixes and for updated build system..


Dap is a small statistics and graphics package based on C.
Dap provides core methods of data management, analysis, 
and graphics that are commonly used in statistical consulting practice.
