Yeah, it looks like your system had the IP stuff cached. You can clear
your DNS cache to test it, but I think with the 2 known cases of it
failing, you don't need to.
I did ping those 2 IPs and was able to reach them.

Also a curiosity, what language is "Nomo aŭ servo ne konatas"? I used
bing and google and deepl to translate and they all said English,
which is not any English I know of. Actually, Google says "Esperanto"
which makes me think maybe a form of Spanish.
Weird, google says it's an artificial language. I was not aware of any
artificial language other than klingon or elvish.
