Thanks for getting back to me. I've attached a screen recording and screen shot 
for you. My experience doesn't seem to work out the same, my contacts usernames 
remain visible on screen without the actual contact name and this is duplicated 
on my contacts phones also. I didn't know how to open a ticket regarding this 
issue in the link you sent me, but I'd appreciate if you maybe could pass the 
screen recording to whoever deals with it to see the issue thanks.

Hi 
I'm having problems with contacts using the android version of Jami. 
Instead of showing the contact name I see the username through 
messaging or making a call the other person has this issue too, can 
this be corrected?
