Can't authorize review.jami.net gerrit to contribute

Hi,

I've tried two browsers and a custom made gitlab account on git.jami.net
or my current Gitlab account, but it always end on a Forbidden page,
with a 403 reply that has the following headers:

I'm out of ideas for now.  I wonder how many people have experienced
this; it could explain the relatively few contributions if it affects
more people than just me.  I'll send patches by email for now.
