* Manifest V3 (Development)
  * We have a new sunset date.

  - Updated NoScript Commons Library with huge performance gains on 
page loading / wrapping.
  - That was in response of some Mozilla-reported bugd, so I had to 
push them and release NoScript 11.4.29 (published today)
  - Therefore merging the stateless branch, testing in a NoScript RC 
and eventually merging it  has been pushed to this weekend-ish / next 
week (NS 11.4.30?)
  - Should arrive in JShelter next week.
  - Does the Android version need to be updated by the end of the year? 
Yes. We only have about 5 users on mobile (that we know about), but it 
would still be good. It would also affect desktop users as well.

* Localization or Internationalization (i18n) (Development/Design)
  * We have three parts: Website text, Blog Posts, and wrapper descriptions
  * Most of the way through the pipeline creation process.

* Code of Conduct
  * We got an angry email saying they refuse to contribute because of 
the code of conduct. Seems to work as intended.

* Paper
  * Sent out the questionnaire and received many responses.
  * Expect to finish in January.
