[Libcdio-devel] vcdimager 2.0.1 released

After about 7-year lag, there is a new version of vcdimager.

The main motivation as to have it conform with the recently released
libcdio 2.0.0 API.   However in the process some of the memory leaks have
been fixed; (more remain).  And since it uses the newer libcdio, it has the
benefit of those memory-leak fixes as well.

Although the code is the same in functionality, as happens in 7 years,
things get out of date with respect to autotools, so that's been updated.

And in this time period C compilers have changed to warn or catch more
questionable constructs. Many of these have been addressed too, although
some warnings still remain.
