One trivial problem I notice is that the `mmc_read` test will fail if
there is no disk in the drive:

Wait for drive error

It passes if there is a disk in the drive.
I don't think that should stop you releasing.

IIRC, that was a joint effort between Thomas and me.

I also seem to recall doing some of the work for that too.
You also disabled cdda-player on some platforms. Worth mentioning?
I'm now going to test the whole stack in audacious.
