Need not to do any duplicate efforts as perform those tasks which are
vacant i.e. not taken by others, you can do 4th and 5th one.

   Has anyone already taken the first task? I didn't see it in this email chain.

 

And don't ping me personally this is the second time I am mentioning
this over the mailing list and its the last time indeed. Every
interaction is to be, will be done over here only.

   I did a 'reply all' to the email. Did you mean to say that we should only keep the mailing list in the 'to list' and no one else?
