[libmicrohttpd] largepost example problems

I can not seem to get the largepost example to work.  

MHD_post_process() is getting called but never returns and starts chewing up 
CPU cycles.  I can see that iterate_post() gets called, writes the proper data 
to file and returns with MHD_YES.

I am using version 0.3.0 on Ubuntu 8.04.  Am I missing something obvious?
