[libmicrohttpd] libmicrohttpd 0.4.4

Windows binaries for libmicrohttpd 0.4.4 were uploaded on 17 Dec 2009.
When I link against them I get this runtime error:

"The procedure entry point _win_tdelete could not be located in the
dynamic link library libplibc-1.dll."

depends.exe shows that _win_tfind and _win_tsearch are also not bound.

Btw--in case it's of any help--the link timestamp on libplibc-1.dll
appears to be 20 Feb 2009.
