I believe that the new Ev's scripts will automate the release process, if so it will be very good, because we always will have the same version for *unix and Windows at home page. :-)

You could have helped him before, nothing really changed there. :-)  We
(the GNU project) will probably need some time to sort out package
signing and uploads with the GNU infrastructure, but obviously I'm also
still around to do uploads as required.
