[libmicrohttpd] Avoid '+' to whitespace conversion in 0.9.33

Hi,

I'm using libmicrohttpd 0.9.33 and I'm facing the problems with wrong
"+" to whitespace conversion described in
https://gnunet.org/bugs/view.php?id=3371. As far as I know, this problem
is solved from 0.9.35 version. However, given the constraints of my
project it is difficult to me to upgrade the libmicrohttpd version we
are using (we run on CentOS 6.x, where the system library is 0.9.33).

Is there any workaround (e.g. some MDH_* option) that allow solving this
problem in 0.9.33, please?
