I just pushed a branch `fix-gitlab-ci` that fixes the Gitlab CI for 
libmicrohttpd, see 
https://gitlab.com/libmicrohttpd/libmicrohttpd/-/pipelines/1332510732

Please feel free to merge into master / gnunet.org.

Accidentally, I also pushed the same branch to 
https://gnunet.org/git/libmicrohttpd.git, but I can't delete it (that's 
forbidden).
