I'd keep one of each and build virtual machines in VirtualBox OSE, for
demo purposes.

I even have a MacOSX VM around for testing - yes, under Trisquel 5.5!
And yes, I paid for it.

The "convincing" is much, much shorter when a Windows user sees he can
keep his license readily available in VirtualBox, yet never hassle with
dual-boot. Eventually and progressively I've seen many Windows
power-users keep their license but never use it again. At some point
(hardware upgrade, backup considerations) they notice they don't use it
anymore, but have appreciate the "insurance' it provided - and it's gone
for good.

Virtual machines and their advantages are very easy to understand on a
live demo rather than endless explanations.
