When I say "the designs are free", it means any and all levels of
designs. Aren't schematics one level of design? Aren't gerber files
another level of design? I think they are -- so "free-design" would
include schematics and gerber files.
Are you using "designs" with a different meaning?

What does "used components" mean? If it means the chips,
"free-design" includes the chips' designs too.
