Alas, these fragment/quotation changes are no good.  In the HTML
output, the indentation/quotation of the examples is removed, and each
PNG example is rendered as a whole page with page number '1' at the
bottom.

We've had discussions about this in the past; indentation of examples
and source snippets make the manual more clear for users.  Could you
please fix or revert this?  (Note that I've merged my changes, you
should update from cvs.)
