Hello!

Is support of i18n in lilypond planned?
Isn't this already started? The files which contain `msgid' and `msgstr' items
are in `po/' directory. Just make a new `.po'-file on the basis of
`po/lilypond.pot'. Suggestions to improve internationalization are welcome.
What about supporting different input encodings? In LaTeX there is inputenc
package which handles selecting various encodings. For typesetting non-latin
alphabets it should be used together with fontenc package. For example, for
typesetting russian using cp1251 encoding one should only add the following
lines into the header of LaTeX document:
\usepackage[cp1251]{inputenc}
\usepackage[T2A]{fontenc}
