Re: easy notation

Using 2.5.18, this exposes another problem: ps2pdf hangs during the pdf 
generation, when using gs-esp 7.07 (debian/testing). It works fine with 
gs-gpl 8.01.

This is a bug in ps2pdf and not in Lilypond, but it could be seen as a sign 
that the ps output should be made cleaner before releasing 2.6. People might 
get disappointed if the 'lilypond' command hangs. One easy fix is to filter 
the current output through ps2ps by default (this fixes the problem).
