As of 2.5.19, lilypond-book scours through all EPS files collecting all
fonts used, and outputting a separate file. You should run dvips with

 -h <file>.fonts.ps

this should provide both the feta and other fonts. If it doesn't, please
send a bugreport.

Where is fonts.ps?

Using latest CVS checkout I ran:

lilypond-book -o out Testinglyx.tex

where out, which started empty now has contents:

Testinglyx.tex lily-1105931465-3.eps lily-1105931465-6.eps
lily-1105931465.eps snippet-map.ly
lily-1105931465-1.eps lily-1105931465-4.eps
lily-1105931465-systems.tex lily-1105931465.ly stdin.aux
lily-1105931465-2.eps lily-1105931465-5.eps
lily-1105931465-systems.texi lily-1105931465.txt stdin.log

and running:

find / -type f -name "*fonts.ps" 2>/dev/null

yields:

/usr/share/gs-esp/7.07/lib/gs_fonts.ps
/usr/share/gs-gpl/8.01/lib/gs_fonts.ps
/home/invisible/lilypond/Documentation/user/out/music-glossary.fonts.ps
/home/invisible/ghostscript-8.15/lib/gs_fonts.ps
/home/invisible/share/ghostscript/8.15/lib/gs_fonts.ps

So where is fonts.ps?

/Bernard
