bandwidth.  There's actually a link on the bottom of the pages that
tells you about it.

If you want to see the french website, select French as the language of
choice in the web browser.

In ancient times, multilingual websites used to have manual language
selection, and different, self contained language trees.

Nowadays, websites use automatic language selection based on browser
language preference, these things do not mix.
